About Us

Collection of brown clay vases made in the studio
Two makers shaping clay together at the pottery wheel

A studio built for muddy hands & clear heads

Claymark began in 2016 with two wheels, one secondhand kiln, and a belief that pottery belongs to everyone — not just art-school graduates. Ten years on, we fire thousands of student pieces a year, but the rule hasn’t changed: walk in curious, leave with something you made.

Our instructors are working ceramicists who sell their own lines through the studio shop. That means you learn production-honed techniques — centering that actually centers, glazes that survive dishwashers — in a room that smells faintly of eucalyptus and wet stoneware.
